Terms of Use

Last updated: October 9, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Arkellium marketing website at arkellium.com (the “Site”) while Arkellium is in early access. By using the Site or joining our waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Preliminary version. This page describes how this website handles information during our early-access phase. It has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel and may change before our public launch.

1.What this Site is

This Site is an informational, pre-launch website for Arkellium — a platform being built for service businesses in Canada. It lets you learn about the product and join a waitlist to be contacted about early access. The product itself is in early access and still evolving.

2.Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access

Signing up for the waitlist expresses your interest — nothing more. It does not create an account, a contract, a purchase, or any right to use Arkellium. We cannot guarantee that you will be granted access, that access will be offered in any particular timeframe, or that Arkellium will launch at all.

3.No guarantees about the product

While Arkellium is in development, everything on this Site is subject to change:

  • Features shown or described may change, be delayed, or be removed.
  • Any pricing shown is indicative only and is not an offer.
  • Screenshots and demos are illustrative and may not reflect the final product.

4.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Submit false information or someone else’s details to the waitlist.
  • Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site.
  • Scrape, copy, or reuse Site content without our permission.

5.Intellectual property

The Arkellium name, logo, content, and design on this Site belong to Arkellium and are protected by applicable law. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

6.“As is”

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arkellium will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

8.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Arkellium develops. Changes take effect when we post them, and we will update the “Last updated” date above.

9.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable province in which Arkellium operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
